Brian was born in Nigeria, Africa where his parents were medical missionaries. The family then moved to Richmond VA. He moved to Boone in 1982 to attend Appalachian State University. After graduating, he owned a pet store for six years. He then continued working in sales for Verizon Wireless until he went into real estate in 2002. Brian also manages long term rentals through Boone Area Management, LLC. He enjoys riding his horses and spending time with his miniature mules, donkeys and dogs. As a "summer kid" living in Blowing Rock in his youth, Jerry was certain he wanted to live in the mountains year round one day. He achieved his lifetime wish and moved with his wife, Genie, to Blowing Rock permanently in 2000. A graduate of UNC – Chapel Hill with a degree in business, Jerry continued his education at Emory University in Atlanta where he earned his MBA. His diverse interests led him to Texas where he managed sales of a steel distribution company for sixteen years. His last steel challenge was building a new Nucor Steel Division’s sales department. Jerry and Genie, are members of St. Mary of the Hills Episcopal Church in the winter months and Blowing Rock Methodist Church in the summer. He has enjoyed working with the Chamber of Commerce on various committees, serving as a member of the Blowing Rock Board of Adjustments, the ABC Board, as a former Board of Governors member at the Blowing Rock Country Club and serving on the Blue Ridge Parkway Foundation Board. He can be found hiking, golfing, enjoying ice cream on Main Street with their children and grandchildren and loving life in Blowing Rock. Often accompanied by her slow but sweet Bichon Frise, Jacques le Blanc. She's a small town girl from Mount Olive, North Carolina and an UNC alumna. Virginia's known to frequent Camp Coffee by Footsloggers, Bistro Roca, the Speckled Trout and Bass Lake. When she is not helping people find their dream homes, Virginia tries to give back to our community by serving on the Middle Fork Greenway's Task Force and the Blowing Rock Town council. She is also active in the Blowing Rock Methodist Church during the summers and the Boone United Methodist Church during winters. Her husband Ben, is an entrepreneurship professor at Appalachian State University.

Michelle was born in Chicago, but grew up in Greensboro, North Carolina. Upon moving to Boone to attend Appalachian State University, she instantly fell in love with the mountains. After working in Greensboro for several years following college, she took advantage of an opportunity to return to the Blue Ridge Mountains. Now a full time resident of Blowing Rock for thirteen years, Michelle enjoys running the Cone trails, mountain biking, hiking, yoga and spending time outdoors in this beautiful area. She will work hard in either selling your house or finding you the perfect mountian home! Michelle attends Saint Bernadette Catholic Church in Linville and is a member of the High Country Association of Realtors. She lives in Boone with her husband and two daughters.

Carole began her real estate career 27 years ago when she obtained her first license in Long Island, NY. Born in Aiken, SC, she attended elementary schools in Missouri while her dad was an officer in the army. She returned to South Carolina and graduated from Dreher High School in Columbia, then attended the University of South Carolina, where she earned a secretarial certificate. Then she later became a flight attendant with Eastern Airlines and was based in Miami and New York. Upon returning to Columbia, she became a representative with the SC Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism, which opened the first welcome center in South Carolina. She traveled throughout South Carolina and parts of Canada promoting tourism. Carole has a daughter, Ashlie, a montessori school teacher in Miami Shores and a son Keith, who is a fireman with the Miami/Dade fire department. She has two grandsons, Peyton and Sam. Carole moved to Florida in 1985 and became known as the first rollarblading realtor in Key Biscayne, selling luxury waterfront properties. She subsequently moved to Fort Lauderdale and was active in the sale of oceanfront and intracoastal luxury homes and condos. Carole has owned a vacation home in the Blue Ridge Mountains for over 20 years and enjoys skiing, hiking, tennis and golf. She is now a full time resident of Blowing Rock and a member of the High Country Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the NC Assocciation of Realtors, Blowing Rock Art and History Museum, the Blowing Rock Garden Club and the Watauga Humane Society. Chase Cranford has called the High Country home since moving to Boone in 2016 to pursue a Business Management degree at Appalachian State University. After graduating and getting married, he and his wife Samara have been leading a college ministry for Harvest House, a local church. He since has acquired an enthusiasm for real estate and is passionate about helping others find their home and build deep roots in the High Country, just like he and his family have.
