Amazing Lot in Grovers Knob section of Ski Mtn. , Amazing VIEWS and easy to build lot. Community water is in Grovers Knob but no guarantee that it can be tapped into. Depends on what the capacity is, at the time of application. Currently the water system that is in place for the community is at capacity. Many in the community have their own well.
