This is a very nice lot and very pretty, none nicer at this price point and an affordable entry point for mountain land. The lot is easy to walk and this time of year you're able to appreciate view potential. Town water and sewer are available to lot and it's on a town maintained road. A great deal that won't last long. So much to do on Beech Mtn, hiking in the summer, skiing in the winter or join the Beech Mtn Club for golf, tennis, pickleball and pool activities.
